"Personalization didn’t turn out how I expected"
I ordered a personalized item from aidenandoak.com, and I feel like I had reasonable expectations since I checked the preview before buying. But when it arrived, it didn’t look like the preview at all. The name placement seemed off, and the print quality looked a little rushed. For what I paid, I don’t think it’s unfair to expect it to feel a bit more special, but it ended up looking kind of cheap. I probably wouldn’t order again

"Felt like there was barely anything for me"
I went in hoping I’d actually have a few different styles to choose from, but it felt like I got the short end of the stick. The selection was really limited, and so much of it looked basically the same. I kept looking around thinking maybe I was missing something, but there just weren’t many options that fit what I needed. Maybe other people have better luck, but I definitely didn’t. I ended up leaving without buying anything, which was disappointing

"Exchange took way too long"
I actually liked the item, but trying to exchange it for a different size was way more annoying than it needed to be. It took days to get a response, and I had to follow up twice just to keep things moving. When they finally replied, the tone kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to, which didn’t help. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slow and frustrating for something simple

I’d be more comfortable trusting this if there were actual delivery details included. Right now it feels a bit vague, and it makes me wonder about the quality and whether the experience really happened the way it’s being presented.

"I ordered two matching outfits in 3T..."
I ordered two matching outfits in 3T and somehow ended up with one that was 12-18 months and the other in a completely different color. It was supposed to be such a simple order, which makes it even more frustrating.
I emailed them photos and the packing slip, but it took days to get any kind of response and there still hasn’t been a real fix. i’m wishing I had just bought them somewhere else.

"Fit felt off and honestly disappointing"
I really wanted to like this, but the fit was just weird. It felt tight in random places and wasn’t comfortable to wear for very long. For the price, I expected better, and it kind of makes me wonder if they care more about pushing products than actually making something that fits well.

I just didn’t feel like this was worth what I paid for it. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but the quality was more like “fine” than actually impressive, if that makes sense. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a little more premium or at least noticeably better than cheaper options, but it didn’t really give me that feeling. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but after using it, I still felt like I paid too much for something average. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless the price came down quite a bit.

I wasn’t happy with how the print turned out. It came back blurry, the colors looked different from the preview, and some of the edges were faded. I also felt a bit pressured to place the order quickly, so that made it even more frustrating when the quality wasn’t there. For the price, I expected a lot better and probably won’t order from them again

I was trying to use the site with my sister, and we had a hard time finding what we needed. Nothing felt very easy to locate, so it got frustrating quickly.

"Support takes way too long"
I had to wait way too long to hear back from support, and when they finally replied, the answer didn’t really help much. It was frustrating. I like the service overall, but if customer support doesn’t improve soon, I’ll probably start looking for another option.
"Fabric started wearing out almost immediately"
I was disappointed with this. After just two washes, the fabric already started pilling and looking worn out. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or actually help with the issue. Not what I expected at all.

"not a Great ordering experience"
Checking out was easy, so I thought everything would be fine, but after that it just got frustrating. I waited ages for an update on my order and ended up having to chase them for basic info. The replies were Slow and didn’t really help much. it felt way more stressful than it needed to be for a simple order. don’t think I’d order from here again.

I was hoping this would make a nice gift, but it ended up looking kind of cheap in person (definitely not how I pictured it). It felt a little awkward to give to someone, so I probably wouldn’t pick this again for gifting.
"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
The box showed up crushed, and it seemed like there was hardly any protection inside. I’d guess the items were packed with just the bare minimum, so I’m surprised they didn’t get more damaged.

"The site feels really outdated"
The site just looks messy and old-fashioned. I felt like I had to figure everything out myself, which made it feel more like my problem than something they had tried to make easy for visitors.

"I was really close to ordering from Aiden..."
I was really close to ordering from Aiden & Oak, but once I looked at the prices, I hesitated. A couple of the items looked simple, like the kind of basics I’d normally grab without thinking too much, but the totals felt higher than expected.
I’m fine paying more when the quality or little details clearly justify it, but I just didn’t see enough to make the price make sense for me. Then once shipping and taxes showed up at checkout, that small extra jump made the whole order feel even harder to justify.
Maybe it’s a good fit for other people, and I get that everyone values things differently. For me, though, the pricing felt a bit out of touch, so I ended up just closing the tab instead of checking out.

"The print itself was actually nice..."
The print itself was actually nice, but the colors were Far off from what I saw online. I thought it was going to have softer tones, but it showed up much darker. Not awful or anything, just kind of Disappointing.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
Trying to check out on aidenandoak.com was so frustrating. My card got declined twice even though the info was right, right down to the last number, and then when I switched to PayPal the page just froze.
I ended up having to start all over, and even after that I still wasn’t totally sure if my order actually went through. There was no clear message, no quick support, nothing. For an online shop, checkout really shouldn’t be this much of a headache.
